Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of FelloSpace: the website at fellospace.com, the web app at app.fellospace.com and the FelloSpace Android app. By creating an account or using FelloSpace, you agree to them.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use FelloSpace.
• Give accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
• One person, one account. Don't impersonate anyone or create accounts for others without permission.

2. What you post

You own what you post. By posting, you give FelloSpace a licence to host, display and distribute it on FelloSpace so the service works, for example showing your post in feeds and search. You can delete your posts at any time.

Don't post anything that:

• harasses, threatens, bullies or promotes hate against anyone;
• is sexual content involving anyone under 18, or sexual content shared without consent;
• is spam, a scam, or misleading about who you are;
• shares someone's private information without their permission;
• infringes someone else's copyright or other rights, or breaks Kenyan law.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report any post, reply or account from its menu.

3. Attachments and internships

• Employers must be verified before they post, and must never ask applicants for money of any kind. Doing so gets the listing removed and the employer banned.
• We verify organisations and moderate listings, but the placement itself is between you and the employer. Use your judgement, and report anything suspicious.
• Documents you upload (such as your CV) are shared only with the employers you apply to.

4. Live rooms

Live rooms are public conversations. Treat them like any other post: the same rules apply. Hosts and moderators can remove people from a room.

5. Ending your account

You can stop using FelloSpace at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected]. We can suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

6. The service

FelloSpace is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, FelloSpace isn't liable for indirect losses, or for content posted by users or employers.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
